  1. Shop Math- Basic Arithmetic functions, Fraction to Decimal and back, Metric to Inch and back Trigonometry, Geometry.
  2. Blue Print Reading- GD&T
  3. Measurement Methods- Linear, Angular. Optical Comparator, Roughness Tester, Hardness Tester etc
  4. Materials- Brass, Aluminum, Steel.
  5. CNC Lathe and Mill Machine Familiarity- Introduction to machines
  6. Work Piece Preparation and Setting
  7. Introduction to Tools and Tool Setting
  8. Work Offset
  9. Tool Offset
  10. Machine Maintenance and trouble shooting
  11. Work Holding Preparation.
  12. Finding Center
  13. Finding Edges
  14. Filling out Quality Documents
  15. Gauge Repeatability and Reliability
  16. Statistical Process Control
  17. First Piece inspection
  18. Bubble Print assessment
  19. Fanuc and Haas Control
  20. G and M Coding- Threading Tapping, Roughing Canned Cycles included.
  21. 1 Complete Lathe Project
  22. 1 Complete Milling Project
  23. Swiss Machine setup and operation A20 Fanuc and L20 Mitsubishi control
